Kevin Frederick

President

Before Kevin joined Arcosa through the acquisition of Ameron in 2024, he held a variety of positions in finance, sales, operations, and supply chain management. As the leader of the Ameron business, Kevin provides strategic direction to the team. He works diligently to understand and anticipate customer needs and promotes business-wide ownership of customer care. A licensed CPA in the state of Texas, Kevin earned his BBA in Accountancy from the University of Houston. Prior to his career with Arcosa, Kevin worked at NOV, Schlumberger, AF Global, and Precision Castparts.

Michael Mize

Director, Operations

Mike began his career with Ameron in 2005 as Plant Manager of the Anniston Pole Products Plant. In 2018, he took over as Director of Aftermarket Sales and Services. He was later promoted to oversee operations for all the Ameron manufacturing plants and service locations. Mike has an Associate’s degree in Industrial Electricity and Electronics from Ayers State Technical College and a B.S. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Industrial Management from Jacksonville State University.

Tracy Quillin

Director, Sales

Tracy joined Arcosa in 2024 through the acquisition of Ameron and has held various roles in sales, sales management, and product line management. In 2021, she moved to Ameron as a Regional Sales Manager over the Southwest, and now leads sales in the Transportation, Commercial and Industrial, and Municipalities markets. She also oversees sales support by Ameron’s Customer Care team for all markets. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the NOV Ventures program with an Executive Masters in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas.

Kristin Desjadon

Director, Wireless Infrastructure

Kristin leads our strategy and sales initiatives for the wireless infrastructure market, including small cell and other connectivity-based solutions. She joined Arcosa in 2024 through the acquisition of Ameron, where she previously served in business development. Kristin has vast experience in telecommunications after spending 19 years in various positions at Verizon Wireless. She has a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and an MBA in Management from Centenary University.

Wesley Myers

Director, Engineering

Wesley began his career with Ameron as the Engineering Manager of steel products in 2015 at Arcosa’s Tulsa facilities. He possesses over 35 years of experience in structural products design and fabrication. Currently, Wes works as the Engineering Manager for all products and is responsible for the products’ structural design, fabrication detailing, and quality assurance for all facilities. Wes holds a Bachelor of Science of Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
